Abdullah A. Al-Barrak & Son Co. is seeking a dedicated Rigger Level 1 to join its team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time position is crucial for supporting lifting and rigging operations across various project sites. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of materials, operating under strict adherence to industry and company safety standards.

Role Overview and Contribution

The Rigger Level 1 is responsible for the critical tasks involved in assembling, dismantling, and operating rigging equipment. This role directly supports crane operators by securing loads and facilitating their movement, ensuring all material handling activities are conducted safely and efficiently. A strong understanding of rigging techniques, tools, and safety protocols, particularly those mandated by Saudi Aramco, is fundamental to this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, assemble, and dismantle rigging equipment in accordance with job specifications and established safety standards.
• Provide direct assistance to crane operators for the safe and efficient securing and movement of loads.
• Ensure all rigging operations strictly comply with Saudi Aramco standards and internal company safety policies.
• Conduct thorough pre-lift inspections and promptly report any identified hazards or equipment malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all rigging activities and inspection records.
• Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Possession of a valid Rigger Level 1 certification with Saudi Aramco approval is mandatory.
• Demonstrated experience as a rigger within construction, oil and gas, or other industrial environments.
• Comprehensive knowledge of various rigging equipment, techniques, and relevant safety regulations.
• Physical capability to work at heights and perform demanding physical tasks.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to accurately follow instructions.
• A strong commitment to safety and strict adherence to both Saudi Aramco and company standards.

Work Environment and Conditions
