Rotating Supervisor

About the Role

Sankyu Saudi Arabia is seeking a Rotating Supervisor to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves overseeing daily maintenance activities in an assigned area, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, effectively, and within established timelines. The supervisor will play a key role in coordinating resources and maintaining compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise daily maintenance activities in the assigned area based on the established schedule.
• Allocate maintenance tasks to technicians and assemble work teams.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and provide progress updates to the Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment, and material availability for maintenance tasks.
• Arrange necessary work permits prior to the commencement of work.
• Provide technical advice to technicians on the proper use of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to execute and complete jobs efficiently.
• Ensure accurate SAP data input, history, and actual hours are maintained.
• Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
• Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines in all activities.
• Conduct Toolbox talks before commencing work to ensure safety awareness.
• Ensure compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and proper PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage the reporting of near misses, unsafe conditions, and acts.
• Participate in safety audits as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
• Demonstrated ability to organize and supervise daily maintenance activities effectively.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance with industry standards.
• Proficiency in coordinating resources and managing work permits.
• Technical knowledge to provide guidance on tools and equipment.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. The role requires active participation in daily operations and collaboration with various departments to ensure seamless maintenance execution.
