KBR, Inc. is seeking a Rotating Technician I for a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Eastern region. This role is crucial for maintaining rotating equipment in optimal condition and executing the installation, maintenance, and repair of rotating equipment and mechanical systems to required standards. The ideal candidate will bring 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Core Maintenance Responsibilities

• Allocate maintenance activities to various technicians and effectively assemble the team.
• Supervise all ongoing jobs and provide regular progress updates to the Foreman.
• Organize manpower resources, equipment, and materials to ensure their availability for tasks.
• Provide technical advice and guidance to technicians on the proper use of tools and equipment.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Maintenance Planning, and Technical departments to ensure efficient job execution and completion.

Operational Management and Reporting

• Arrange all necessary work permits before the commencement of any work.
• Ensure accurate SAP data input, maintain comprehensive history records, and track actual hours.
• Actively participate in daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.

Safety and Compliance

• Maintain strict adherence to SATORP standards and established guidelines.
• Ensure full compliance with safe work practices, hazardous work regulations, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage according to SATORP standards.
• Encourage and facilitate the reporting of near misses, unsafe conditions, and acts.
• Participate in scheduled Safety audits.
• Attend all scheduled Safety and Technical training sessions.
