About the Role

Matar Al-Baqami Holding is seeking a Warehouse Data Entry Officer to join their team in Al Jubail, Eastern Province. This is a full-time position for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on accurately recording and processing material transactions within the ERP system.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Data Entry Officer is responsible for ensuring the precise recording of all inbound and outbound material movements. This includes managing packing slips, transfer orders, and purchase requisitions, as well as verifying truck weights to maintain high standards of data integrity and support inventory inspections.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate stock records within the ERP system.
Conduct regular physical inventory counts, including cycle counts and full stock counts.
Monitor stock levels and alert management when reorder points are reached.
Ensure the timely issuance of materials to production departments.
Accurately and promptly document all stock movements in the ERP system.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and movement reports.
Prepare packing slips, transfer orders, and purchase requisitions as required.
Reconcile inbound material movements with corresponding supplier invoices.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in a similar data entry or warehouse role.
Proficiency in using ERP systems for inventory and transaction management.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data recording.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Jubail, Eastern Province, within a dynamic warehouse environment focused on efficient material flow and inventory control.
