KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to ensure reliability and availability of electrical assets, maintaining essential process units in operation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate daily activities of maintenance technicians.
- Oversee compliance with the preventive maintenance plan.
- Control and submit progress reports to the Area Maintenance supervisor.
- Provide onsite maintenance for all types of electrical systems, including generators, transformers, and motors.
- Ensure safety procedures and best practices are followed during maintenance activities.
- Conduct frequent site visits for oversight and support.
- Maintain records of maintenance and prepare work completion reports.
- Recommend enhancements to increase serviceability of electrical systems.
- Enforce safety policies and regulations during maintenance tasks.
- Min 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance (High School) or 8 years with a Diploma.
- Strong technical understanding of maintenance management for Oil & Gas facilities.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally and reside in KSA.
