About Easy World Automation (eWorld)

Easy World Automation (eWorld) is seeking a dedicated Accountant to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role is crucial for managing the financial operations across Easy World Group companies.

Role Purpose

The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and monitoring cash flow, ensuring effective control and management of money transmission processes across Easy World Group companies. This position plays a key role in coordinating with banks, managing corporate bank accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records to support business operations and financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily bank position checks and complete monthly bank reconciliations.
• Process payments, including TT and Cheques, and verify Petty Cash.
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and system entries for all financial transactions.
• Handle Related Party (RP) Transactions, including the issue of Post-Dated Cheques (PDC) and fund monitoring.
• Maintain and manage all financial records, logs, spreadsheets, and registers as required by the company.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and related parties.
• Handle payable clearing, shipping clearing, and bank transfer clearing.
• Responsible for inventory physical verification, coordination, discrepancy analysis, and action plans.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

This role involves providing monthly MIS management reports and supporting cash management activities. The Accountant will accurately compute and timely file for VAT and Zakat returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the position assists the Finance Manager in carrying out audits, getting books of accounts audited, and resolving all related queries.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this Accountant position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial accounting and cash flow management. A strong understanding of banking operations, financial record-keeping, reconciliation processes, and tax compliance is essential. The ability to provide financial insights and recommendations to management is also required.
