The Role: Assistant Manager Bell Desk

The Assistant Manager Bell Desk plays a crucial role in supporting the Front Office or Assistant Front Office Manager. This position is responsible for the effective management of the guest service department, with a particular focus on the Concierge operation and its administration. The primary goal is to ensure maximum guest satisfaction while contributing to the department's success as an independent profit center.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office / Assistant Front Office Manager in the overall management of the guest service department.
• Plan and organize daily Concierge operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Direct and control all aspects of the Concierge function and its administrative tasks.
• Implement strategies to achieve and maintain maximum guest satisfaction.
• Contribute to the guest service department's operational efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a holder of the 'Clefs d'Or'.
• A minimum of 2 years of work experience as an Assistant Manager - Concierge or Guest Service Manager is required.
