About the Role

La Petite Maison (LPM) is seeking a Bar Manager for Le Café LPM in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves overseeing all beverage operations, from morning coffee service to evening cocktails, ensuring a consistent and high-quality guest experience. The Bar Manager will be responsible for the entire beverage program within this neighbourhood café concept.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the beverage menu, ensuring its evolution with clear intent.
• Guarantee that the beverage list is transparent, competitively priced, and executed with precision.
• Lead and inspire the bar team, fostering an environment of passion and dedication to service.
• Manage all aspects of the bar, from daily operations to inventory and quality control.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience leading a bar program in a high-volume, guest-facing environment.
• Experience in all-day dining or lifestyle restaurant settings is considered a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to integrate bar operations effectively with front-of-house and kitchen teams.
• Strong commercial acumen, capable of managing financial performance while maintaining a high standard of guest experience.
