Role Overview

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, generating leads, and expanding market share for Industrial Networking, Automation, and Data Communication Solutions. The role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the automation, industrial, and technology sectors in Al Khobar.
• Generate leads through various channels, including direct outreach, networking events, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored automation solutions.
• Research industry trends and market conditions to identify growth areas and customer needs.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay informed on trends and identify new revenue opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering long-term relationships.
• Provide ongoing post-sale support to clients to ensure successful implementation and long-term satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates should possess a proven track record in driving business growth, generating leads, and expanding market share specifically within Industrial Networking, Automation, and Data Communication Solutions. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this position.
