About the Role

Role Overview

As a Junior Technical Inside Sales Representative within the NextGen Sales Academy, you will serve as a technical resource for the Inside Sales team. Your primary function will be to deliver technical solutions that address diverse customer needs, working independently or collaborating with subject matter experts on more complex challenges. This role involves advising customers on product features, configurations, pricing, and availability, and providing technical solutions via phone, chat, web, or email.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical resource to support the sales organization in achieving its goals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of new products, technology trends, and service offerings.
• Manage the sales cycle through outbound calls and by responding to inquiries from field sales, resellers, and end customers.
• Focus on Dell Technologies products and services, identifying how they align with customer requirements.
• Explain technical, industry, and market facts to effectively position Dell Technologies solutions against alternatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience working in a sales environment.
• Experience in a technical role demonstrating knowledge of multi-platform hardware and software solutions.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience.
