The Debt Collector Role

GymNation is seeking a Debt Collector to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing overdue payments. The role involves contacting members, negotiating payment arrangements, and ensuring accurate cash collection in adherence to company policies and financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts that are in arrears.
Update member records and payment statuses within internal systems.
Prepare comprehensive reports on collection activities.
Collaborate with finance and membership teams to resolve billing issues effectively.
Address member questions and provide clear information.
Maintain a professional and respectful approach in all interactions.
Adhere to all regulatory and company guidelines.
Safeguard member data and ensure confidentiality.
Contribute to a positive member experience while supporting GymNation’s financial goals.

Candidate Requirements

0-1 year of relevant experience.
Ability to work effectively in an on-site capacity.
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
