Job Summary

Weatherford is seeking a Field Specialist II, Production Solutions & Intervention Services, to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This is a full-time position focused on executing field operations and delivering Weatherford's products and services at well sites. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Role Description

The Field Specialist II is responsible for applying standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to ensure the effective delivery of services. Depending on the individual's experience and competency, tasks may be performed under direct supervision or independently. This role supports complex operations, troubleshoots technical issues, and serves as a primary interface with clients at the well site. Incumbents are expected to uphold service quality, operational excellence, and compliance with company standards. Senior-level specialists may also provide technical guidance, conduct engineering checks, mentor junior staff, and support the installation of advanced technologies and complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute field operations, including tool checking, measurement taking, job execution, and post-job reporting.
• Operate downhole tools and other equipment in accordance with work instructions and competency level.
• Run downhole tools and prepare Bottom Hole Assembly (BHA) designs.
• Oversee jobs at client locations, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to safety compliance.
• Perform wellbore cleaning and Production Based Logging (PBL) jobs.
• Complete all job-related documentation accurately and within required timeframes, including client tickets, job logs, utilization sheets, WPTS entries, job reports, and invoicing documentation.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to recommend services and technical solutions.
• Provide 24-hour on-call support as needed to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain equipment, facilities, and work areas in a safe and presentable condition.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor within the physical constraints of the role.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant field experience. The ability to operate independently on complex operations and troubleshoot technical issues is expected, particularly for intermediate and senior-level specialists. A demonstrated competency in executing field operations and managing client interactions is essential.
