About Marriott Executive Apartments

Marriott Executive Apartments is seeking a Guest Experience Expert to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is dedicated to delivering exceptional service that enhances the overall guest journey.

The Role of a Guest Experience Expert

The Guest Experience Expert is responsible for creating memorable and unique experiences for guests, moving beyond routine check-ins and check-outs. This role empowers individuals to take initiative, delivering a wide range of services designed to guide guests throughout their entire stay and ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

Process operational needs and address guest requests promptly and effectively.
Complete required reports and share highlights of the local area with guests.
Assist guests with loading and unloading vehicles, and transport luggage to and from guest rooms or designated bell areas.
Ensure all transactions are handled in a manner that feels like a seamless part of the overall guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this full-time position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. A strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence is required.

Work Environment and Expectations

Success in this role requires creating a safe workplace, adhering to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting company assets. The Guest Experience Expert is expected to uphold quality standards and ensure professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications. This role involves physical demands, including the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces, as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. The position requires a hands-on approach, including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance, and up to 100 pounds with assistance. This also includes reaching overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping to perform duties effectively and support business operations.
