About the Role

Johnson Controls Arabia is seeking an HVAC Technician to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves performing essential preventative maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning, and general servicing activities for HVAC systems. The technician will work with a mentor, focusing on achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Correcting or resolving issues and problems within existing systems and processes.
• Making minor changes to systems as required.
• Explaining facts, practices, and policies to both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience

• A 2-year degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• An Associate's Degree or Technical Degree is preferred.
• A suggested minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required, with overall experience ranging from 2-5 years.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Ability to deliver output according to specific operational targets, occasionally within broad operational targets with significant impact on the job area.
• Proficiency in addressing problems and issues that generally fall within a single job area or discipline, with a well-defined scope.
• Capacity to understand and consider other job areas when problems are vaguely defined.
• Specialized knowledge of specific commercial, technical, trades, or office operations.
• Application of knowledge is primarily domestic and limited to locations within a country or neighboring countries with similar cultures.

Work Environment

This is an individual contributor role with no direct responsibility for leading others. The HVAC Technician will operate within a supportive environment, working alongside a mentor to enhance skills and ensure customer satisfaction.
