Master Data Quality Analyst

About the Role

Eram Talent is seeking a Master Data Quality Analyst for a contract position in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, integrity, and compliance of data with established quality standards. The analyst will support master data management and governance initiatives, contributing to reliable and secure data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze enterprise datasets to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, discrepancies, and their root causes.
• Support the development and implementation of master data management processes, data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining data quality guidelines, metadata repositories, and data cataloguing practices.
• Contribute to the development and enforcement of data policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data consistency and integrity.
• Identify data quality gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders to improve the reliability of business intelligence reports.
• Support the development, operation, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.
• Assist in configuring and administering BI tools, software, and related technology components to ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage BI user accounts, access permissions, and configurations in accordance with organizational roles and information security requirements.
• Provide technical support for BI tools, troubleshoot system issues, and assist in performance optimization activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable information security, data privacy, and data management controls.
• Collaborate with the Master Data Quality Manager and other stakeholders to enhance data management practices and support informed business decision-making.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
• 5-7 years of experience in data quality, master data management, data governance, business intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience in IT, data solutions, networking, cybersecurity, or information management is preferred.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of data quality management principles, master data management processes, metadata management, and data governance practices.
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and data analysis techniques.
• Understanding of information security, data privacy, and access control principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
