Materials Expeditor

About the Role

Kent is seeking a Materials Expeditor to join its Procurement team. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia, and offers a pivotal opportunity to contribute to an expanding team and enhance the company's technical capabilities and reputation within the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing delivery schedules to ensure timely execution.
• Ensuring the delivery of contracted goods and associated documentation.
• Organizing the delivery of goods efficiently.
• Tracking the status of dispatched goods and goods not yet received.
• Preparing and maintaining comprehensive delivery status reports.
• Assisting the Contract Manager in the resolution of contract disputes.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role requires an emerging understanding of key business drivers to accomplish assigned tasks effectively.
