About the Role

The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all phases of planning and execution for small engineering projects. These projects typically involve a total installed cost of less than $10 million. Additionally, the role may involve managing a specific segment of a larger project, operating under general supervision. This position requires a focused approach to project management and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control small engineering projects in strict accordance with established company policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.
• Maintain consistent day-to-day contact and communication with clients, with a primary focus on ensuring client satisfaction.
• Manage the budgetary aspects of assigned projects, demonstrating accountability for financial performance.
• Serve as a proposal manager for small projects when required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• A minimum of 7 years of related experience, with average experience typically ranging from 10-15 years.
