The Role: Receptionist, Club Operations & Member Experience

We are seeking a Receptionist Operations Club Management CX to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to the daily operations of the club, serving as the primary point of contact for members and visitors. The Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring smooth club management and delivering an excellent customer experience (CX).

Key Responsibilities

Greet members and visitors professionally, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently.
Provide accurate information regarding club services, schedules, and membership options.
Assist with various administrative tasks to support daily club operations.
Handle member check-ins and ensure proper record-keeping.
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
