About the Opportunity

Lantern Systems Co. Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Marketing Manager to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to driving sales growth and expanding our market presence across the Kingdom. The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of relevant experience, focusing on strategic sales development and client relationship management within the technology solutions sector.

Role Purpose and Strategic Focus

The primary purpose of this role is to develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for Telecom, ELV (Extra Low Voltage), ICT (Information and Communication Technology), and HCIS (Healthcare Information Systems) Security Systems solutions. The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and cultivating strong, lasting relationships with key clients across various critical sectors within Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the government, oil & gas, industrial, utility, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and technology partners.
• Review RFQs (Request for Quotations), RFPs (Request for Proposals), and tender documents thoroughly.
• Coordinate effectively with engineering and estimation teams to prepare accurate and compelling technical and commercial proposals.
• Ensure the timely submission of all proposals and strict compliance with customer requirements and specifications.

Candidate Requirements

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the Telecom, ELV, ICT, or Security Systems solutions domain.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales strategies and manage client relationships.
• Experience with tender management, including reviewing RFQs, RFPs, and coordinating proposal preparation.
• A valid Saudi driving license is preferred for this role.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia. The role requires active engagement with clients and partners, necessitating travel and presence across the Kingdom.
