About the Role

Lantern Systems Co. Ltd is seeking a Sales Marketing Manager to develop and execute sales strategies for Telecom, ELV, ICT, and HCIS Security Systems solutions across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This full-time position, based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, focuses on generating new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and achieving annual sales and profitability targets. The role requires ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations and HCIS requirements. This opportunity is exclusively open to Saudi nationals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within government, oil & gas, industrial, utility, infrastructure, and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, EPC contractors, and technology partners.
• Promote Telecom and HCIS Security Systems solutions to existing and potential customers.
• Develop strategic account plans for key clients, including Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Ma'aden, SEC, and RCJY.
• Generate qualified leads and convert them into profitable projects.
• Review RFQs, RFPs, and tender documents, coordinating with engineering and estimation teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
• Lead bid clarification meetings and commercial negotiations, preparing quotations, pricing strategies, and project cost evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts while maintaining targeted profit margins and ensuring timely submission of proposals compliant with customer requirements.
• Maintain long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders, conducting regular customer visits and presentations.
• Resolve commercial issues and monitor client feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and improve service quality.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying new technologies and business opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, preparing monthly sales reports and business development plans.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Engineering, Finance, and Project Management teams, supporting project handover after contract award.
• Follow up on project execution, variation orders, and payment collections, ensuring compliance with company policies and quality procedures.

Solutions Portfolio

The Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for promoting and selling a comprehensive range of solutions, including:

• HCIS Security Systems, Integrated Security Management Systems (PSIM), CCTV & Video Analytics, Access Control Systems, Perimeter Intrusion Detection Systems (PIDS), Fence Detection Systems, Thermal Cameras, and Command & Control Centers.
• Fiber Optic Networks, Structured Cabling Systems, LAN/WAN Infrastructure, IP Telephony, Microwave & Wireless Communication, Radio Communication Systems, and Data Center Infrastructure.
• Public Address & General Alarm (PAGA), Industrial Networking, and Cybersecurity-related infrastructure (where applicable).

Performance Indicators

Key performance will be measured against the following indicators:

• Annual Sales Revenue and Gross Profit (GP) Achievement
• New Customer Acquisition and Client Retention Rate
• Tender Success Rate and Proposal Submission Timeliness
• Sales Pipeline Growth and Forecast Accuracy
• Collection Performance and Number of Customer Visits
• Strategic Partnership Development and Customer Satisfaction

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing within the specified solutions domain.
• Must be a Saudi national.

Work Environment

The role involves frequent customer meetings and visits across Saudi Arabia. Participation in exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events is also required, with occasional travel within the Kingdom.
