Enhance is a company focused on integrating technology with personalized training solutions within the fitness industry. As a provider of certified personal trainers in the GCC, Enhance offers flexible, one-on-one sessions through its Enhance Fitness app, available for home, gym, or outdoor settings. The company's tech division, Enhance Tech, develops a PT management platform to streamline operations and optimize trainer performance. This SaaS solution supports fitness businesses and gyms with data-driven tools for scaling personal training services and is currently used by over 500 trainers.

Role Overview

Enhance is seeking a Sales Representative to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining client relationships, and supporting the growth of personal training services. The role involves direct client interaction and collaboration with the team to optimize trainer schedules.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both new and existing clients.
Upsell and renew packages for existing clients in a timely manner to maintain client retention.
Perform all basic system transactions related to manual billing.
Develop and maintain relationships with current clients on a name-to-name basis.
Notify the Manager of any client complaints or grievances and assist in appropriate responses.
Maintain knowledge of all products and programs to effectively communicate their value.
Respond to member feedback and complaints, working towards timely resolution.
Consistently identify opportunities to acquire new clients and elevate service levels.
Actively build a network of contacts through referrals.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Work closely with the Team Leader to identify trainers with schedule gaps and match them with new client prospects.
