About the Role

CCL Global is seeking a Senior Quality Manager for a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This role involves supporting a major project within the Oil & Gas, Energy, or Infrastructure sector, with primary responsibility for Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and commercial quality management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities across major project environments.
• Oversee commercial and QA/QC management to ensure project requirements, contractual obligations, and quality objectives are met.
• Coordinate with functional managers to ensure correct implementation of project guidelines, contracts, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and conduct quality audits covering project work processes and contract procedures.
• Monitor project quality performance and ensure consistent achievement of quality objectives.
• Provide guidance on QA/QC methods, practices, international codes, standards, and procedures.
• Identify quality issues, risks, and areas for improvement, and support the implementation of appropriate corrective actions.
• Ensure project activities and deliverables comply with approved quality procedures and contractual requirements.
• Work closely with project and functional teams to maintain consistent quality standards throughout project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• degree in Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• Extensive experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control management on major or mega projects.
• Strong experience within the Oil & Gas, Hydrocarbon, Refinery, Offshore, Infrastructure, or similar industries.
• Thorough knowledge of relevant international codes, standards, procedures, and quality management requirements.
• Previous experience coordinating with functional and project managers to implement project guidelines, contracts, and procedures.
• Experience planning and conducting quality audits related to work processes and contractual requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of commercial and QA/QC management practices.
• Strong understanding of project quality objectives and the ability to ensure their achievement.
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively within large multidisciplinary project teams.
