Technician / Mechanic

About the Role

Samaco Motors is seeking a Technician / Mechanic to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time role involves performing mechanical repair and maintenance work on customer vehicles. The primary objective is to ensure all work adheres to manufacturer standards, maintaining high levels of quality, accuracy, and timely completion to uphold customer satisfaction and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs as specified on job cards by the Workshop Controller or Service Advisor.
• Accurately diagnose vehicle defects and apply factory-recommended repair methods.
• Conduct final checks on completed repairs to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Identify and request necessary spare parts for repairs, ensuring proper usage and reporting any shortages or incorrect supplies.
• Execute diagnostic tests to identify mechanical or electrical faults within vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for additional or previously unidentified defects and report findings comprehensively.
• Adhere strictly to technical instructions and factory literature provided by the Technical Trainer or Manufacturer.
• Complete assigned repairs efficiently and accurately within allocated time frames.
• Ensure all repairs consistently meet the brand’s quality and safety requirements.
• Follow workshop safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience. The role requires a foundational understanding of vehicle mechanics and a commitment to learning and applying manufacturer standards.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar. The successful candidate will work within a workshop setting, collaborating with other technicians and service personnel to deliver high-quality vehicle maintenance and repair services.
