About the Role

Networks and System Integration * Co. Ltd. is seeking a Telecoms Technician to join their team in Al Khobar. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal performance and service reliability. The position requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and configure telecom systems and devices using industry-standard tools and protocols to ensure seamless integration into existing infrastructure.
• Conduct regular inspections of network components, proactively identifying potential issues to prevent service disruptions and maintain high quality standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and enhancements, contributing to the continuous improvement of telecommunications services.
• Assist in the development of technical documentation and user manuals, ensuring clarity and accessibility for both technical staff and end-users.
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams, troubleshooting issues effectively and ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Monitor network performance metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and recommend improvements that align with business objectives.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops, staying updated on industry advancements and best practices to enhance personal and team capabilities.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards while performing all tasks, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Qualifications and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications.
• High level of experience in telecom equipment, wiring/termination, and DC cabling.
• Ability to work on sensitive telecom fiber optic equipment, including MPLS-TP and ancillary equipment such as DC Panels, IT equipment, and fiber optic panels.
• Proficiency in following and accurately interpreting design drawings and diagrams.

• Strong commitment to work quality, implementation procedures, and safety protocols, particularly when operating within Saudi Energy restricted areas.
• Flexibility to adapt to diverse working environments and collaborate effectively with various nationalities.

Work Environment
