The Role of Tendering Specialist

Rooqain Trading is seeking a Tendering Specialist to manage the end-to-end tender process. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The specialist will be responsible for projects within the infrastructure, construction, energy, and industrial sectors, ensuring that all proposals are compliant, competitive, and submitted on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Review tender invitations and analyze specific requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to gather necessary information.
• Prepare comprehensive technical and commercial proposals.
• Collect and verify pricing and technical data for proposals.
• Ensure proposals align with company strategy and client specifications.
• Manage the timely submission of all tender documents.
• Support procurement planning activities related to awarded tenders.
• Maintain accurate tender documentation and update relevant databases.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tendering processes and templates.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and logistics teams to ensure bids reflect realistic delivery commitments and high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a tendering or similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex tender processes from initiation to submission.
• Strong analytical skills for reviewing tender requirements and preparing detailed proposals.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with various internal and external stakeholders.

Work Environment

This is an on-site, full-time position located in Al Khobar, Eastern Province. The Tendering Specialist will work within a collaborative environment, engaging with multiple departments to ensure successful tender outcomes.
