The Role of Tendering Specialist

The Tendering Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This position is responsible for managing the entire tender process for pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning.

Key Responsibilities

Identifying relevant tender opportunities for pharmaceutical products and services.
Reviewing tender requirements thoroughly to ensure full understanding and compliance.
Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including technical, financial, and legal teams, to gather necessary information.
Preparing and submitting compliant and competitive proposals.
Maintaining comprehensive tender documentation and records of all tender activities.
Tracking deadlines and submission statuses to ensure timely completion.
Analyzing tender terms and pricing structures to support competitive bidding strategies.
Liaising with procurement and sales teams to align tender strategies with overall business objectives.
Supporting post-tender follow-up, including clarifications, negotiations, and reporting on tender outcomes to management.

Work Environment

This is an on-site position located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring daily presence at the company's facilities. The role involves collaboration with various internal departments within a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.
