Almarfa Medical is seeking a Tender Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time commercial role focused on managing tender processes within the healthcare sector, particularly government tenders and those related to NUPCO.

Role Overview

The Tender Specialist will be responsible for the entire tender lifecycle, from identifying opportunities to submission, clarification, award, and post-award follow-up. The role requires a proactive approach to strategically manage opportunities and enhance success rates, ensuring compliance and timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and identify relevant NUPCO and healthcare tender opportunities.
• Manage the complete tender submission process.
• Review tender documents, requirements, specifications, and deadlines.
• Coordinate technical and commercial submissions with internal teams and international suppliers.
• Prepare and organize all required tender documentation.
• Ensure all submissions are compliant, complete, and submitted on time.
• Manage pricing documentation, guarantees, certificates, and required supporting documents.
• Follow up on clarifications, evaluations, awards, and purchase orders.
• Maintain an organized database of active, submitted, awarded, and lost tenders.
• Monitor tender performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and international partners.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi National.
• Previous experience with NUPCO tenders is mandatory.
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or a related sector is preferred.
• Strong understanding of government procurement and tender processes.
• Excellent organizational and document-management skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail.
