About the Role

ITL World™ is seeking a Visa Consultant to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves guiding clients through the visa application process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Assess client eligibility for various visa types and provide appropriate guidance.
Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Stay updated with immigration laws, policies, and regulatory changes across different countries.
Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to facilitate the application process.
Review and verify clients’ documents, including passports, financial statements, and sponsorship letters.
Provide guidance on visa interview preparation and other specific requirements.
Handle visa rejections and appeals, offering strategic advice for reapplication.
Maintain accurate records of all visa applications and client interactions.
Deliver exceptional customer service and respond promptly to client inquiries.
Assist with travel arrangements, such as flight bookings, insurance, and itinerary planning, if required.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a solid understanding of visa processes and immigration regulations.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, within the Eastern Region. The role involves direct client interaction and coordination with various external entities.
