Qurba Real Estate Investment is seeking a Marketing Specialist to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in marketing.

Role Overview

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital platforms, and coordinating various marketing activities to enhance the company's presence and reach target clients. The role involves a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing plans for the company and monitor their execution.
• Manage and develop the company's website, overseeing updates in coordination with developers and service providers.
• Administer the company's digital accounts and platforms, supervising published content.
• Prepare and execute advertising campaigns, monitoring their performance and results.
• Develop marketing content for the company, including profiles, offers, and introductory materials.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, marketing agencies, and various service providers.
• Organize company participation in events, activities, and exhibitions.
• Monitor visual identity and ensure its consistent application across all materials and channels.
• Manage and update the company's presence on real estate platforms and relevant digital platforms.
• Support company teams in preparing offers and marketing content for projects and services.
• Track potential clients from marketing channels, organizing their data and sources.
• Continuously research new ideas, channels, and opportunities to strengthen the company's presence and reach target clients.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing and managing diverse marketing activities.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, websites, and social media platforms.
• Ability to manage vendors, designers, and service providers, and oversee their work.
• Proficiency in content writing and preparing marketing materials and presentations.
• Knowledge of digital analytics and advertising tools is an advantage.
• Organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage but not a prerequisite.

Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. Salary will be disclosed upon discussion.
