Role Overview: Senior Team Manager - DQA (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - DQA (Manufacturing) to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role is focused on maximizing operations business performance through the maintenance of world-class Business and Quality Management Systems. The position requires 5-10 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance Business/Quality Management Systems to ensure world-class operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within quality systems and food safety management.
• Conduct process audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for optimization.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or Process Engineering.
• Formal Internal Auditor qualification in ISO/FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001.
• Formal AIB International Standards qualification.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the dairy, beverage, or food manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of production processes and food safety systems.
• Demonstrated experience in process auditing, quality systems, food safety management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Competent presentation skills.
