The Opportunity: Senior Team Manager - DQA (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager - DQA (Manufacturing) to join its team in Al-Kharj. This full-time role is integral to maximizing operations business performance through the maintenance of world-class Business/Quality management Systems. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic multinational team focused on the group's growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing and maintaining world-class Business/Quality management Systems to optimize operational performance.
• Implementing and monitoring quality systems and food safety management protocols.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing environment.
• Conducting process audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for enhancement.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or Process Engineering.
• Formal Internal Auditor qualification in ISO/FSSC 22000 and ISO 9001.
• Formal AIB International Standards qualification.
• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the dairy, beverage, or food manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated strong knowledge of production processes and food safety systems.
• Strong experience in process auditing, quality systems, food safety management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in English communication, including report writing.
• Effective stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong presentation skills.
