About the Team Leader (Bakery) Role

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader for its Bakery division, based in Al-Kharj. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the bakery sector. Role Purpose and Responsibilities

The primary function of the Team Leader is to organize and support the assigned shift operations. This involves ensuring that production plans are executed within agreed timeframes, adhering to defined quality standards, and maintaining budgetary controls. A key aspect of the role is the supervision and management of operators to ensure they work efficiently while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 3 years of experience in a similar position within a Bakery.
• Proven experience in the production of bread and pastry products.
