About the Opportunity

Al Jazirah Vehicles Agencies Co. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join their team in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is essential for ensuring seamless vehicle delivery operations and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction within the branch.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of the Sales Coordinator is to facilitate daily coordination between the Branch Sales and Pre-delivery Inspection (PDI) teams. This ensures that vehicles are delivered punctually and in optimal condition, directly contributing to maximum customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves vigilant monitoring of vehicle stock to support efficient and smooth stock management within the branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations to ensure continuity of work processes.
  • Develop a priority list for car deliveries in collaboration with the Branch Sales team.
  • Ensure all pre-delivery inspection activities are completed at least 24 hours prior to vehicle delivery to the customer.
  • Promptly inform the branch sales team of any identified defects or malfunctions during the inspection process.
  • Collect all necessary completed and signed documents for post-delivery activities from customers and submit them to the Branch Sales Team in a timely manner.
  • Liaise and follow up with sales consultants regarding customer requests for specific cars and specifications to confirm availability.
  • Monitor and control all vehicle movements within the branch.

Operational Excellence and Compliance

  • Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and practices, considering best practices, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
  • Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely reports for the branch sales section, adhering to company and department requirements.
  • Adhere to all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions to maintain controlled and consistent work execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to foster a healthy and safe work environment.

Required Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar coordination or sales support function, preferably within the automotive industry.
