About the Role

Homley Space is seeking an Account Manager to join its marketing agency in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time role involves working across various client accounts and industries, focusing on digital advertising, social media management, and campaign performance.

Role Overview

The Account Manager will be responsible for understanding client objectives and translating them into measurable marketing actions. The position requires hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns and client communications within an agency setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee clients’ social media accounts.
• Plan and organize social media calendars and publishing schedules.
• Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and Google Ads.
• Manage advertising budgets and continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and prepare performance reports and recommendations.
• Contribute to marketing plans and campaign strategies.
• Coordinate with content, creative, design, and production teams.
• Communicate with clients and manage requirements, feedback, and approvals.
• Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Good understanding of digital marketing and social media.
• Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and performance metrics.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Comfortable working collaboratively in an agency environment.
• Previous agency experience is preferred.
• A portfolio, campaign examples, or examples of previously managed accounts are highly preferred.
