About the Role

Nalco, an Ecolab Company, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in water treatment sales who thrive in an autonomous work environment and are dedicated to supporting diverse industrial water treatment applications. The role focuses on managing and developing client relationships to exceed expectations and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive chemical treatment programs for various water systems, including cooling towers, chillers, boilers, reverse osmosis, and wastewater systems, ensuring optimal performance and environmental compliance.
• Drive sales growth by meeting monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Manage client relationships throughout the bidding and negotiation process, ensuring trust and securing deals.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals tailored to client needs and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal departments to align customer requirements with company capabilities.
• Identify potential customers and market segments, developing strategies for sales expansion.
• Provide technical assistance to optimize customers' water treatment applications.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate reporting, effective communication, and relationship maintenance.
• Conduct on-site customer training using provided operational materials.
• Contribute to the development of solutions aimed at improving customers' water treatment processes.
• Work within a safety-focused environment.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• 7 to 15 years of sales experience specifically in Water Treatment Chemicals Sales.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Location and Work Environment

This position is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Candidates should be flexible to relocate.
