About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking an Assistant, Dispatcher to join their Logistics department in Dammam. This full-time position is designed for professionals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to efficient operations. The role focuses on coordinating and monitoring the movement and storage of finished products, ensuring adherence to established safety standards and operational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with instructions provided by the Logistics Supervisor.
• Perform and monitor the receiving of finished products from the mill, R1, R2, and R3.
• Guide forklift operators on where to store finished products as per specified locations (ISPF storage area or Aramco yard-ISPF annex warehouse).
• Ensure production reports are prepared shift-wise and submitted to the Logistics Supervisor within 24 hours.
• Coordinate with the production and quality control departments for job-related tasks regarding received finished products.
• Confirm the re-count number of bars for bundles received from production.
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Logistics Shift Supervisor.

Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) Compliance

Adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies is a core aspect of this role. Responsibilities include:

• Understand and follow organizational HS&E policies.
• Follow safety instructions related to assigned jobs.
• Report damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machines, or equipment to concerned staff.
• Keep provided PPEs in good, workable conditions.
• Avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
• Report any accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the responsible personnel.
• Attend planned safety trainings.
• Exercise the right to say "NO" to any unsafe work.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 0-1 years of relevant experience is required.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a logistics framework.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for interacting with various departments.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and operational efficiency.

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, within the Logistics department of Al Tuwairqi Group.
