About Aloula Aviation and the Role

Aloula Aviation, a prominent company in the Eastern Region, is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst to join its team in Dammam. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, providing a foundational role within the finance department. The incumbent will play a crucial part in supporting all finance services functions, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company financial policies.

Role Overview and Scope

This role assists with a comprehensive range of finance services, including the gathering, compiling, consolidation, interpretation, reconciliation, communication, and balancing of financial invoices and expenses. The Associate Financial Analyst also provides essential support to other departments by assisting in the application of company financial policies, analyzing financial problems, and recommending effective solutions. The position requires professional expertise in analyzing problems and procedures across various areas of a finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine research and analysis activities related to financial data.
• Assist in compiling and analyzing statistical data for forecasting cash availability and computing exchange rates for company transactions.
• Monitor and analyze international economic and monetary data, identifying trends that may impact the Company.
• Support the implementation of Treasury policies and procedures to prevent or resolve financial issues.
• Follow up on implemented changes to ensure effective problem resolution.
• Assist with studies concerning international monetary and financial developments.
• Support financial aspects of relations with SAG (Saudi Arabian Government) and Shareholders.
• Aid in the receipt and disbursement of Company and Trustee funds.

The role encompasses involvement in major financial areas, providing a broad understanding of the company's financial operations. These areas include:

• Banking and cash management
• Risk management and insurance (including Financial Risk Management)
• Capital markets and corporate finance
• Credit and market analysis
• Financial forecasting, modeling, and planning

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should meet the following requirements:

• A general background in financial management and analysis.
• Knowledge of banking and foreign exchange principles.
• A fair understanding of company activities, policies, and programs.

Reporting and Work Environment

This is a full-time position where the Associate Financial Analyst will receive general supervision from the Division Head. Day-to-day work direction will be provided by a senior Financial Analyst, fostering a supportive environment for professional growth and learning within Aloula Aviation's finance department.
