About the Role

Amaken is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – HR Manpower Supply to join our team in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is crucial for driving business growth and expanding our manpower outsourcing and workforce solutions services across the Kingdom. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, leading commercial negotiations, and ensuring the successful growth of manpower supply solutions in the Saudi market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to grow the manpower supply business across Saudi Arabia.
  • Identify and secure new manpower outsourcing and staffing opportunities with Tier-1 clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across Oil & Gas, Utilities, Petrochemical, Industrial, Mining, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Lead the complete tendering process, including RFP review, proposal preparation, pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract closure.
  • Manage key accounts, contract renewals, and client relationship development to maximize business growth.
  • Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure effective workforce mobilization and successful project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, upcoming tenders, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with clients, recruitment providers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5-10 years in business development, tendering, contract negotiations, and key account management.
  • Strong understanding of manpower supply contracts, pricing structures, workforce mobilization, and client requirements.

Preferred Skills and Background

  • Previous experience with recognized HR/manpower supply companies (such as NES or similar organizations) is highly preferred.
  • Strong network and relationships with Tier-1 clients in Saudi Arabia is an advantage.
  • Experience managing clients in Oil & Gas, Utilities, Petrochemical, Industrial, Mining, or Healthcare sectors is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to develop new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
  • MBA or Master’s Degree is a plus.

Work Location

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern, Saudi Arabia, with a primary focus on expanding Amaken's presence and service offerings within the Saudi market.
