2P Perfect Presentation is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to join our team. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern region, and is integral to ensuring a high-quality customer journey across all interactions.

Role Overview

The Customer Service role is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer journey across multiple touchpoints. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, efficiently resolving inquiries, and actively improving overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and adaptable to various customer service channels and operational requirements, supporting internal teams to maintain a consistent and positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries, requests, and feedback through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, social media, and in-person interactions.
Ensure the timely and professional resolution of customer issues and complaints.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when necessary.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience outcomes.
Identify recurring customer issues and provide constructive suggestions for service improvement.
Support initiatives focused on customer retention and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with company policies, service standards, and quality guidelines.
Contribute to reporting and tracking customer satisfaction and service performance metrics.

Qualifications and Experience

0-1 years of experience in customer service, customer experience, or related roles.
Any educational background is considered, provided there is relevant experience in customer service or customer experience.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Eastern region. The role operates within a dynamic environment, requiring a proactive approach to customer engagement.
