About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Director of Operations (Pre-opening) for its Hilton Airport property in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves leading and managing daily hotel operations, focusing on delivering guest experiences and ensuring service excellence from the pre-opening phase.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and manage daily hotel operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Ensure service delivery and compliance with brand and company standards.
• Monitor guest service trends, assess overall satisfaction, and direct strategies to enhance the guest experience.
• Drive long-term service quality improvements.
• Identify gaps in processes or team performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Drive the hotel’s quality assurance process by setting goals, enabling service recovery, and monitoring guest satisfaction metrics.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs.
