About the Role

iHR (International Human Resources) is recruiting on behalf of its client, a leading publicly listed company, for the position of Finance Director. This full-time role is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, and requires a minimum of 10 years of experience.

Role Overview

The Finance Director will be responsible for leading the company's financial strategy, planning, and governance. The primary objective is to support sustainable growth and business objectives by overseeing financial performance, ensuring regulatory and accounting standard compliance, optimizing resource allocation, and providing strategic insights to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of the company's financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, and risk assessment.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and accounting standards.
• Direct the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and final accounts.
• Monitor financial performance, provide strategic recommendations, and support executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with business units to identify financial requirements and optimize resource allocation.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• A professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, including demonstrated leadership experience.
• Previous experience within a publicly listed company is a mandatory requirement.

Required Knowledge

Candidates must possess strong knowledge of financial reporting, corporate governance principles, budgeting processes, and risk management frameworks.
