About the Role

Al Tuwairqi Group is seeking a Foreman, Control Room to join their team in Dammam. This full-time role involves maintaining process parameters, closely monitoring operations, and ensuring the safe operation of the plant in compliance with safety regulations. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain all process parameters according to Daily Operating Instructions (DOI) and within tolerance limits.
Monitor all process parameters closely.
Take necessary actions as per Standard Operating Procedures in case of any deviation in process parameters.
Seek assistance from the Shift Supervisor and higher-ups if parameters become uncontrollable.
Ensure smooth startup and shutdown of the plant, maintaining it in Extended Idle or Idle condition safely as required.
Log the panel log sheet at pre-determined intervals.
Log all events that occurred during the shift in the Panel Foreman log book.
Ensure the safety of field personnel and plant equipment through close vigilance over relevant process parameters and support staff.
Train subordinate staff.

Safety and Compliance

Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Understand and follow organizational Health, Safety & Environment (HS&E) policies.
Follow safety instructions related to assigned tasks.
Report damaged Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), unsafe machines, or equipment to concerned staff.
Keep provided PPEs in good, workable condition.
Avoid any horseplay and abuse of safety devices, equipment, and welfare facilities.
Report any accidents, near misses, or hazardous conditions to the responsible personnel.
Attend planned safety trainings.
Exercise the right to refuse any unsafe work.
