About the Role

Tamm is seeking a Garment Pattern Maker Fashion Production to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time, hands-on, and production-focused role, ideal for a professional with 0-1 years of experience in apparel pattern making. The specialist will support day-to-day apparel operations, working with patterns for various streetwear and modern fashion essentials, including t-shirts, hoodies, pants, and shorts.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, adjust, and grade patterns for apparel products such as t-shirts, hoodies, pants, shorts, and related items.
• Work effectively with both hand-drawn (manual) and digital patterns.
• Prepare patterns suitable for manual cutting and automatic / laser cutting workflows.
• Support sampling, fittings, and fit corrections to ensure patterns are production-ready.
• Refine measurements, construction details, and overall pattern consistency across products.
• Collaborate with production and operations teams to ensure patterns translate correctly into manufacturing.
• Maintain clean, organized, and production-ready pattern files and documentation.
• Review production batches to ensure conformity with original approved patterns.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in apparel pattern making within a production or manufacturing environment (0-1 years).
• Comfortable working with both manual and digital pattern making.
• Strong understanding of how patterns behave in manual cutting and automated / laser cutting processes.
• Experience working with real garments, fittings, and production constraints.
• Practical, detail-oriented mindset focused on execution and consistency.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Background in fashion design, garment production, or technical apparel work.
• Familiarity with digital pattern software such as Gerber, Lectra, Optitex, or similar.
• Experience with casualwear or fashion basics.
• Understanding of sewing machine types and garment construction techniques.

Work Location

This is an onsite factory role located in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Relocation within the Kingdom or from outside Saudi Arabia can be arranged for the right candidate.
