Heavy Equipment Operator

About the Role

TalentHive is supporting a well-established Saudi group headquartered in Dammam with a significant expansion of its Saudi workforce. We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position offers a salary of up to 7,425 SAR per month plus standard company benefits.

The Group currently employs approximately 4,000 individuals and plans to grow to around 10,000 employees over the next five years. This role is part of a substantial investment in expanding and developing the Saudi workforce during a period of growth and transformation for the business.

Equipment Categories

We are interested in operators with experience across various heavy equipment categories. Candidates will be assessed and matched to the most appropriate position based on their equipment experience, license/certification, and competency level. Equipment types include:

• Crane Operations
• Forklift Operations
• Excavators
• Bulldozers / Dozers
• Wheel Loaders
• Motor Graders
• JCB / Backhoe Loaders
• Bobcat / Skid-Steer Loaders
• Rollers / Compactors
• Telehandlers / Telescopic Forklifts
• Manlifts / MEWPs
• Other Heavy Equipment / Specialist Operator positions

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience and meet the following criteria:

• Previous hands-on experience operating the relevant heavy equipment or plant.
• Valid operator license/certificate relevant to the equipment operated.
• Good understanding of pre-operational inspections and basic equipment checks.
• Strong awareness of HSE and safe operating procedures.
• Ability to work within site and operational environments.
• Willing and able to work in Dammam.
• Able to provide copies of relevant operator licenses and certificates.

Experience operating equipment within construction, heavy equipment, oil & gas, industrial, infrastructure, or major project environments would be advantageous.
