About the Role

Tenaris Saudi Steel Pipes, in collaboration with the Tamheer Program, is offering an HR Tamheer Trainee opportunity in Dammam, Eastern Region. This internship is designed for Saudi graduates seeking to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources within an international professional environment. The role involves supporting the HR team in daily activities and participating in various HR projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of HR reports, employee data, and workforce information for management.
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Gather and organize information related to employees' training, skills, compensation, promotions, and career history.
• Support the HR team in analyzing information and identifying insights to assist with HR-related decisions.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team throughout recruitment and selection activities.
• Support activities related to organizational structures and position management in line with corporate guidelines.
• Contribute to the preparation and monitoring of the HR budget by providing relevant information and analysis.
• Support the review of job titles and position classifications to ensure alignment with organizational guidelines.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives, gaining exposure to HR processes, systems, and best practices.

Learning and Development

During this Tamheer experience, trainees will gain meaningful exposure to the HR profession. This includes developing practical HR skills and understanding how HR supports employees and business operations.
