About the Role

شركة تموين الشرق للتجارة is seeking an experienced Inventory Controller to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Province. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory management processes. Core Responsibilities

The Inventory Controller will be responsible for maintaining precise inventory records and managing the flow of goods. Key duties include the preparation of item records and cards for all stored goods and materials. This involves accurately entering data for all incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring a clear record of stock movements.

Inventory Management and Control

A critical aspect of this role involves actively participating in the determination of reorder points for materials and goods. The Inventory Controller will be required to monitor and track expiry dates to minimize waste and ensure product availability. Furthermore, the position entails participating in regular inventory counts, reconciling physical quantities with existing records and item cards to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Reporting and Documentation

The Inventory Controller will be responsible for preparing and submitting comprehensive work reports. This includes documenting all inventory-related activities, ensuring that records are maintained accurately and are readily available for review. Proper saving and archiving of these reports are essential for operational continuity and audit purposes.
