IT Specialist

About the Role

Musco is seeking an IT Specialist to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is responsible for planning and supporting the technology infrastructure for the Saudi Arabia Team, ensuring operational efficiency and data security across all systems.

Role Purpose and Scope

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and support the technology infrastructure needs, including hardware and software for manufacturing systems, laptops, desktops, servers, networks, security, voice communications, printers, and various business applications. The IT Specialist will ensure that all IT operations align with established standards and support the daily needs of all departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan hardware and software assets within allocated budget cycles, with budget requests subject to review by USA IT.
• Provide daily IT support to the Musco team across all departments.
• Implement IT standards from the USA regarding the deployment of new hardware or software.
• Ensure the protection and recoverability of Musco data in the event of a disaster.
• Maintain computer equipment used by team members and production to meet required uptime.
• Adhere to established IT Security requirements and Incident Response procedures.

Additional Requirements

On occasion, the IT Specialist may be required to provide support to the Musco Gulf Team, including locations such as Abu Dhabi and Qatar. This may involve travel.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, supporting the local team and occasionally the broader Gulf region.
