Position Overview

Kinetic Business Solutions is recruiting for a Key Account Manager to join a pharmaceutical company. This full-time position is based in Dammam, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia, focusing on strategic account management within the healthcare sector.

Role Summary

The Key Account Manager will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic plans to achieve business objectives and sales targets. This role involves cultivating and expanding relationships with key stakeholders across government, institutional, and private healthcare accounts to drive product penetration and market share.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives and sales targets.
Manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders across government, institutional, and private healthcare accounts.
Drive sales, product penetration, and market share across assigned accounts.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize account potential.
Manage and follow up on tenders, contracts, pricing, forecasting, and product availability in coordination with internal teams.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications and Experience

A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is considered an advantage.
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management within the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.
Demonstrated experience in specialty care is essential.
Prior experience as a Key Account Manager in KSA is a mandatory requirement.

Location and Interview Details

This role is based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Candidates must be available for face-to-face interviews in Dammam.
