Role Summary

PepsiCo is seeking an LD&T Asst Scheduler to join our team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves overseeing all internal warehouse activities, including managing stock issues, receiving goods, controlling inventory, and allocating tasks to laborers to ensure optimal productivity. The Assistant Scheduler will coordinate with the Storeman for stock allocation to maintain a smooth flow of order preparation and invoicing. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage shift handovers, detailing all pending work to ensure operational continuity.
• Execute off-loading and loading procedures by accurately completing checklists and reporting to Storekeepers.
• Allocate jobs to laborers to maintain and optimize productivity.
• Monitor stock during loading, reporting irregularities such as incorrect stickers, missing or excess cases, and empty pallets.
• Conduct daily physical counts of goods for inventory reconciliation and report findings to the Storeman.
• Adhere to hygiene processes, ensuring all points are covered according to the established checklist.
• Coordinate with forklift operators for the rearrangement of storage and movement of goods to facilitate the First-Expired, First-Out (FEFO) procedure.
• Ensure all warehouse equipment is well-maintained, used properly, and that periodic maintenance is recorded.
• Implement, sustain, and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System (MS) within the area of responsibility, in accordance with legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS, and relevant EHS standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with activities and achieving EHS targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience in a supply chain role, with exposure to cross-functional positions.
• Experience in an FMCG business is preferred.
• Additional experience in a labor-intensive organization is also preferred.
• High school certificate in any faculty.

• Ability to control and manage laborers across multiple functions.
• Capacity for flexible thinking while applying systematic problem-solving approaches.
