About the Role

Alturki Holding is seeking a dedicated and experienced Legal Manager to join its team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This full-time position is central to managing all legal matters across the organization, providing expert legal advice, and ensuring comprehensive regulatory compliance. The Legal Manager will be instrumental in safeguarding the company's interests in strict adherence to Saudi law and Alturki Holding's established governance standards.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Legal Manager serves as a key advisor, offering proactive legal guidance that directly impacts the organization's activities and strategic interests. This role involves a critical focus on risk mitigation, ensuring that all business operations align with the legal framework of Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will contribute significantly to maintaining Alturki Holding's legal integrity and operational stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide proactive legal advice and guidance on matters affecting the organization's activities and interests.
• Draft, review, and advise on a range of legal documents, including agreements, contracts, policies, regulatory submissions, and legal correspondence.
• Manage litigation, legal disputes, and regulatory proceedings, coordinating effectively with external legal counsel as required.
• Ensure all business activities comply with applicable Saudi labor, commercial, and sector-specific laws and regulations.
• Identify and assess legal risks across operations, escalating high-exposure matters with recommended actions to senior management.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel, ensuring the quality and cost-effectiveness of services.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all legal matters and proceedings in line with established document control standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive legal experience, preferably within a corporate environment or a reputable law firm.
• Demonstrated expertise in Saudi labor, commercial, and sector-specific laws and regulations.
• Proven ability to provide sound legal advice and manage complex legal matters effectively.
